Overview:
Floral Being is a nature-led art brand rooted in observation, slowness, and emotional presence.
Built on the belief that flowers are not just decorative objects but living storytellers, the brand seeks to reconnect people with nature’s quiet rhythms and fleeting beauty.
Scope:
The project began at an early stage of Floral Beings’ formation, with a focus on defining the core brand idea and translating its philosophy into a cohesive visual identity system. Working closely with the founder, the direction was shaped around principles of sustainability, slowness, and community-led values.
Designed to support workshops, flower pressing, and natural art practices, the identity encourages collective making, mindful consumption, and long-term growth rooted in care for nature.
Founder’s Story:
Monica’s relationship with flowers began over five years ago, shaped by a deep longing to hold onto nature’s fleeting beauty. This connection took form in the Himalayas, where she found herself spellbound by dried petals, weathered twigs, pine cones, and mountain blooms fragments of a world that stayed with her long after she returned to city life. What began as collecting mementoes slowly transformed into a ritual of preservation. Gifted bouquets, flowers from meaningful moments nothing felt disposable anymore. Each held memory, emotion, and presence. These preserved elements became anchors of calm, forming a quiet haven of nature within her personal space. What was once instinctive soon became intentional. Floral Beings emerged from this desire to share that calm to stitch together memory, resilience, and reverence for nature through art. At its heart, the brand treats nature as the protagonist.
